We remove barriers and open the game to every child. Through providing free in school coaching, holiday clubs, kits, and financial support. So we can ensure no child is left on the sidelines.
The Problem
In Luton, nearly 40% of children live in poverty, with figures rising above 60% in some local wards. For these families, club fees and kit are insurmountable barriers. We believe rugby should reflect our community, yet girls and ethnically diverse groups remain significantly underrepresented. We are here to change that.

We deliver rugby during and after the school day as well as providing free holiday camps.
Removing Barriers
We cover membership fees and provide boots and kit, ensuring that financial costs never prevent participation in the sport.

We are increasing girls’ participation and widening access to ensure our club better represents the vibrant Luton community.
